Remote Support
Here at Bedford i-Tec, we
are proud to introduce our new, long-awaited Remote Support services.
Netviewer is a remote access tool that allows the technical support staff of
Bedford i-Tec to view and take control of any computer in your school. Using
the software we will quickly be able to troubleshoot any technical issues,
all the while you are watching what is being done by our support team.
To begin, click on the link
below to run Netviewer:

- Security Warning window, select
Run)
You will then be asked for
a Session Number before we can continue, which will be given to you by our
technical support team. Once you enter the number, with your permission the
consultant will be able to connect to the computer and take control to
troubleshoot any technical problems.
Disclaimer: You are
allowing Bedford i-Tec to view and remotely control this PC. Bedford i-Tec
will have the same rights, to view and change any settings, as the currently
logged on user. Any configuration changes to the PC or other devices on the
network will only be made with your permission. As soon as the session is
cancelled Bedford i-Tec no longer has access to this PC. |
