This service covers ICT in schools, Broadband and
network issues, server issues and non ICT equipment. A
call can also be logged for our commercial office to
discuss your future needs.
The Help Desk provides access to staff to resolve
minor issues with ICT and, where appropriate, provides
escalation to an engineer to make a site visit. Remote
support can also be provided to troubleshoot
configuration problems.
This service covers:
- Logging and resolution of Bedford Borough and
Central Bedfordshire
- Schools internet faults
- Logging of Bedford Borough, Central Bedfordshire
and Luton ICT support requests
- Logging of audio visual repair requests
- Logging of science equipment repair requests
The Help Desk covers both contract and non-contract
work. Where a school does not have a contract site
visits and repairs will be charged and an appropriate
authorisation from the school will be required prior to
the work being conducted.
The Help Desk is staffed by qualified and experienced
individuals who understand how important your equipment
failure needs are and will give you the best of service
at all times.
Service Charges
Because we primarily work with schools we are
delighted to be able to offer our first-level Help Desk
free to all schools in Bedford Borough, Central
Bedfordshire and Luton. This includes phone support but
not Remote Support or onsite visits. See the Covercard
