Core Covercard Service
The Covercard service can provide Help Desk, Remote Support and Repairs
to IT, AV and Science equipment for a fixed annual charge. There are various
levels of cover available including Help Desk, Remote Support, Labour only
and Full cover (Labour and Parts). Full cover can be for all types of
equipment or, using our new Flex Contract, specified
types of equipment only. This service includes a
qualified engineer to attend site and conduct fault
analysis for your choice of the following:
- Service for
approved equipment owned by the school. Items under
warranty.
- Server configuration issues, network issues
and support for operating systems (this will depend on
continuing support from the provider for example,
maintenance releases etc).
- Repair of printers and
peripherals.
- Audio and visual equipment repairs.
- Science
equipment.
